Louisville councilman says he won't resign -- despite seeking office in Nigeria

A Louisville councilman fired back at calls for his resignation on Wednesday amid his run for a political office in native Nigeria and not showing up at council meetings since mid-August, telling critics to "please stop being obsessed with me."
