Gingrich rips Republican senators yielding to 'phony bipartisanship' to support 'terrible' infrastructure bill

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, R-Ga., decried Republicans who are going along with a Democrat-led effort to pass two multi-trillion-dollar spending bills proponents say are based on a need for infrastructure funding.
