The first arrests in the Sunday night shooting of Red Sox legend David Ortiz on the streets of Santo Domingo have been made, according to reports. Motorcyclist, Eddy Vladimir Féliz Garcia, who had a 2017 arrest for drug possession, was one of several people in custody as of Tuesday afternoon, as The Boston Globe reported.
