More talks, but no deal yet to prevent US tariffs on Mexico, White House says

Vice President Mike Pence said the U.S. was encouraged by Mexico’s latest proposals but that, so far, tariffs still were set to take effect on Monday, as administration officials told Fox News there's no imminent deal in sight.
